CONS: Are only for Landscape use, building not permitted.

DESCRIPTION: Consists in demolishing 100% of the pool and hauling away the concrete. The land is compacted and leveled for new construction according to city requirements

PROS: You are allowed to build new structures on top.

CONS: Expensive and slower than partial demolition.
