COMPLETE OR PARTIAL DEMOLITION

What type of Swimming Pool Demolition
works best for me?

There are two different methods on how to get rid of a swimming pool.
Learn which one is right for you.

Partial Demolition

Is recommended for landscaping purposes.

If you are planning on installing pavers, concrete or grass, removing your pool partially can save you time and money.
This method includes a partial demolition of the top portion of the pool shell. Pool site is backfilled, compacted and graded according to city requirements.

Complete Demolition

Is recommended when you are planning on building a structure on top of the location of the pool.

This method includes a full removal of your inground pool.

Concrete is demolished and hauled away while the pool site is backfilled, compacted and graded according to city requirements.

PRICING & ESTIMATE

How much does it cost to remove my pool?

Swimming Pool Removal Services start at $8,500 for a partial demolition and at $16,000 for a complete one. Estimates are based on operating costs factors such as pool size, accessibility and type of demolition.

Type of Demolition

Partial demolition is meant for non-building purposes and is cheaper than a complete demolition since it takes less time and less material is hauled away.

Swimming Pool Size

Price will vary according to the size and design of the pool. Custom shapes, built-ins and other additional structures might increase costs.

Accessibility

Machinery needs space for maneuvering. If the entrance is less than six feet wide, costs increase considering that limited access delays job completion. Other obstacles like fencing and outdoor playsets can also affect pricing.
